Salary grade: 7 mil - 12 mil
OVERVIEW OF JOB
This job is the contact point to external customers to follow-up incoming & outcoming cases and to transfer information from doctor prescription to work instruction to production departments.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING
- Receive work order, impression, solid model, information, etc. from the customer, doctor;
- Performing company communications via email; company communication Report;
- Follow and track all DA, FTP cases in production and report to General Director if there are any concerns;
- Input data for production daily reports;
- Follow-up incoming, received cases regarding Direct and FTP and upload/report to System/Headquarter by email to contact person of external clients, General Director and higher level of management;
- Translate work tickets, Email from Doctor and customer;
- Any other tasks assigned by direct line;
Yêu cầu
- College graduated Or Above;
- Good English - Vietnamese translation and vice versa;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Work time: 08am - 4pm or 2pm - 10pm
- Candidate live in Binh Duong will be prefer
- Working at VSIP 2, Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong
- High Salary and Allowances.
