- Work Location: Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City
- Monthly Salary: 28M - 35M
- Provide & support techniques for all relevant departments as methods for design, airflow analysis, heat load, sound level, equipment selects, and specification products of the company's products and another branch refrigeration system.
- Assist sales staff in answering inquiries with regard to the technical of the company's product or another product.
- Support to contractors handling the problems after the installation company's product or another product
- Visit on-site with sales staff to support them solve all problems of customers.
- Assign a service engineer to monitor the installed work of the contractor at the site to avoid mistaken installation progress.
- Maintains staff by selecting, and training employees, counseling and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Protects operations by keeping sensitive information confidential.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending technical workshops and training courses then transfer them to the sales department.
- Update Vietnamese regulation of the company's product.
- To join technique task team, support another department
- Translation & checking technical materials in English to Vietnamese.
- Control for spare part stocking, inventory monthly.
- Hold service training course for dealer and end users.
- Control and manage all activities relate with the service department

・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience:
- From 3 years of experience in refrigeration service technician
- Have team management experience.
