- Work Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
- Monthly Salary: 17M - 23M VND
- Prepare documents, such as quotations, invoices, delivery notes, and handle general data entries.
- Prepare sales forecast and analysis data.
- Assist in the maintenance of effective record keeping and filing systems.
- Liaise with logistical department to monitor daily operations, observe inventory management and control delivery arrangement.
- Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Report and provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: Chinese - Business Level (From HSK4 -) AND English - Business Level
・Experience: From 2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator / Logistics Staff / Order management positons
・Familiar with SAP / CRM System and proficient in MS Excel, Word.
・Willing to go on business trips (overseas)
・Sense of responsibility and detail-minded
