1. Program Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic, driven students and recent graduates to join our Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience, work alongside experienced professionals, and kickstart your career at a leading global automotive company.
2. Working Location:
- 6 interns in Hanoi office (23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem)- for Business/Marketing, and Human Resources candidates
- 6 interns in Hai Duong Plant (Viet Hoa Ward, Hai Phong) - for Technical Engineering candidates
3. Benefits:
Internship allowance: 10,000,000 VND/month
Insurance coverage for Engineering interns working at the manufacturing plant
Opportunity to become a regular employee upon successful completion of the program and position availability
Exposure to an international, professional working environment at one of the world's leading automotive corporations
Networking opportunities with experienced engineers and industry experts
4. Internship Duration: 12 Months (full-time), tentative start date: September 1, 2026
- First 2 months - Foundation Training: Build a solid foundation in industry knowledge, corporate culture, and professional skills, while participating in real projects
- Next 10 months - Hands-on Experience: Work directly within specialized departments, guided and supported by a dedicated Mentor
Yêu cầu
1. Requirements:
Final-year students or recent graduates with less than 2 years of working experience
- Candidates with Technical engineering background: GPA from 2.5/4.0
- Candidates with Business/HR background: GPA from 3.0/4.0
Good communication skills in English
Strong soft skills, eagerness to learn, and a drive for personal development
