A-Designing Task:
1) Create realistic 3D modeling renders with high quality, especially for e-commerce
products. For example: household items, machine and lifestyle stuffs
2) Proficient skill on hard surface modeling and special material (like fabric, complex
structure plastic and details high end material)
3) Create engaging 3D animations based on client briefs to communicate product stories
effectively.
4) Perform post-production enhancements such as retouching to elevate final outputs.
5) Collaborate with 2D
graphic designers to integrate 3D assets seamlessly into final
visuals.
6) Ensure product realism and attention to fine details in surface, color, and texture.
B-Leadership & Management :
1) Develop and setup a common Working model and project management model within 3D
team and between the departments (Graphic
designer department)
2) Assign task to designers and closely track performance, ensuring the quality and deadline
to be well controlled
3) Develop efficient workflows and propose improvements for team productivity and
collaboration.
4) Lead performance reviews in collaboration with HR and support team growth through
coaching and feedback.
5) Foster a positive team environment by encouraging discipline, accountability, and
alignment with company values.
