3D Designer (Event & Activation)

JOB PURPOSE Responsible for designing and rendering 3D perspectives for events (booths, stages, decorations), while proposing optimal spatial solutions that meet client requirements and actual production constraints.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop high-quality 3D perspectives for various event items (Stages, Booths, Photobooths, Event Layouts, etc.), ensuring strict adherence to the overall Concept and Brand Identity.
Proactively propose practical solutions regarding materials, structures, and lighting to guarantee construction feasibility and project budget compliance.
Coordinate closely with the Production team and Suppliers to ensure the final physical output accurately reflects the approved 3D designs.
Assist the 2D design team by mapping artworks onto 3D models and flexibly making design adjustments to meet strict project deadlines.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a 3D Designer. Candidates with a background in Event/Activation Agencies are highly preferred.
Highly proficient in 3ds Max or SketchUp. Strong command of Render Engines is mandatory to ensure top-tier visual quality.
Good understanding of construction materials, lighting, and structures. The ability to create basic technical drawings (2D layouts/elevations) is a major advantage.
Capable of using Photoshop/Illustrator for texture processing and post-production rendering.
