We are seeking a talented 3D Rendering Specialist to support our design team in developing and visualizing creative concepts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visuals that effectively communicate design ideas and enhance project presentations.
Responsibilities Include:-
• Collaborate with the Team Leader to develop and execute project schedules.
• Contribute to the planning, prioritization, and timely completion of assigned projects.
• Independently handle 3D modelling, rendering, and image editing tasks using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with design teams to develop accurate 3D representations of interior spaces.
• Interpret architectural drawings and specifications to ensure precise modelling and material selection.
• Adhere to project guidelines and standards to deliver high-quality visual outputs.
• Be available to work overtime as required to meet project deadlines and business needs.
• Understand that overtime work may be necessary during peak periods or critical project phases.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Yêu cầu
• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Computer Graphics, 3D Modelling & Rendering, or a related field. Candidates with a strong portfolio will also be considered.
• Proficient in design software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Corona, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the interior design industry.
• Strong design flair with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a sense of urgency.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
