51Talk Vietnam is looking for a
Sales Consultant
to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. We are seeking experienced sales professionals with a background in the education industry who are interested in developing their careers in an international EdTech environment.
Location:
27AB Tran Nhat Duat Street, Tan Dinh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Hours:
12:30 PM-9:00 PM | Fixed day off on Tuesday
COMPENSATION
Total monthly income at 100% KPI achievement:
VND 15-50 million
Base salary:
VND 10.1-12.3 million/month
Base salary is not dependent on sales performance
Performance-based commission:
3-8%
Probation: Base salary from VND 10 million + VND 3 million commission/month if the probation KPI is not achieved
Official base salary:
from VND 11 million/month
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact and consult prospective customers using
company-provided leads; no self-sourcing required
Introduce and recommend online English courses and related products based on customers' needs
Support and follow up with customers throughout the consultation and enrollment process
Maintain customer information and build relationships with prospective customers
Collaborate with relevant teams to improve service quality and enrollment performance
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager
REQUIREMENTS
At least
2 years of experience in the education industry
in Sales,
Telesales, Education Consulting, Customer Service, or a similar role
English is not required; conversational English is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer-related situations
Passion for the education industry; previous experience in educational course sales is an advantage
