Key Responsibilities
Accounting Management
Organize, supervise, and manage the entire accounting system of the company in compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) and relevant regulations.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all accounting transactions.
Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, inventory, and cost accounting.
Review and approve accounting entries, vouchers, and financial transactions.
Financial Reporting
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with VAS and company policies.
Prepare financial reports required by management, shareholders, and government authorities.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.
Tax Compliance
Ensure full compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations including CIT, VAT, PIT, FCT and other relevant taxes.
Prepare and review tax declarations and tax finalization reports.
Work directly with tax authorities during inspections, audits, and clarifications.
Monitor tax risks and provide recommendations for tax optimization within legal frameworks.
Budgeting and Financial Control
Coordinate with departments to prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
Implement internal financial control systems to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.
Compliance and Audit
Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, corporate governance policies, and internal control procedures.
Coordinate with external auditors, internal auditors, and authorities during financial audits.
Maintain proper accounting documentation and records.
Team Management
Lead and supervise the accounting team to ensure efficiency and professional development.
Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluation for accounting staff.
Promote a professional and compliant accounting culture.
Coordination with Head Office and Stakeholders
Coordinate with headquarters and related departments regarding financial reporting and compliance matters.
Support management in financial planning, investment evaluation, and operational improvements.
Yêu cầu
Education & Certification
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related fields from a recognized university.
Chief Accountant Certificate issued by the Vietnamese Ministry of Finance is mandatory.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA or equivalent will be a strong advantage.
Experience
Over 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance, including at least 5 years in a Chief Accountant or equivalent leadership role.
Proven experience in FDI manufacturing companies is required.
Solid experience in cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing financial control.
Hands-on experience working with tax authorities, external auditors, and government inspections.
Technical Knowledge
Experience in financial reporting, tax finalization, and audit processes.
Strong knowledge of internal control systems and financial compliance.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Language Skills
Good command of English, Thai in both written and spoken communication.
Ability to prepare financial reports and communicate effectively with foreign management or headquarters.
