Academic Support:
Ensure students' success by providing coaching and feedback based on the Wall Street English Method.
Understand and address students' learning goals, needs, and weaknesses.
Plan and manage students' study schedules, collaborating with Service Officers for class bookings.
Engage with students regularly to track progress, motivate them, and enter updates into the CRM.
Teach classes and workshops to enhance students' English skills and maintain a vibrant center atmosphere.
Collaborate with Teachers to improve students' weaknesses and monitor their progress closely.
Booking & Schedule Optimization:
Work with Coaches to schedule classes and appointments for students.
Optimize class schedules and follow up with students on their bookings and study progress.
Event Coordination:
Assist with event planning, center decorations, and managing guest registrations for sales and marketing events.
Student Engagement:
Build strong relationships with students, ensuring they are satisfied and engaged with their learning journey.
Address feedback, remove barriers to learning, and provide regular follow-up in person and via phone.
Internal Revenue:
Collaborate with Educational Consultants to explore internal revenue opportunities.
Encourage contract renewals by ensuring students achieve their learning goals and seek referrals from satisfied students.
