Mô tả công việc
In charge of building up academic programs for different learning courses at Apax Franklin such as English programs, Test Preparation Course of SAT/ACT.
• In charge of Test Prep Courses especially SAT/ACT, build up plans and strategies for product development, consult management team on the latest education trends.
• Develop program outline, supplementary, and extra courses.
• Set up program objectives, customize program to be well operated in the local market.
• Provide direction, guidance, and advisement on Apax Franklin programs for all staff, customers and industry partners.
• Ensure that program objectives are met, initiate changes to maintain student's satisfaction and engagement.
• Conduct training courses (initial, on-going, follow-up training) of program for academic staff and industry partners.
• Involve in teaching if required.
Yêu cầu
* Qualification requirements:
• 3 years relevant working experience, in which at least 6 months of experience in training SAT/ACT course.
• Prefer candidate graduated from International University, especially from American Universities/ Studies abroad graduate background. Experience of applying for scholarships in oversea Universities/ good knowledge of the application process for scholarships in oversea Universities. Used to successfully gain scholarships from oversea Universities.
• IELTS (Academic) 7.0 or TOEFL iBT at 100 or Equivalent English language Certificates.
• Professional & efficient academic communication skills (both English & Vietnamese).
• A self-starting, highly motivated person who can well encourage and develop new ideas of teaching methodologies.
• Good knowledge and research skills to keep updated information about examination processes for different educational programs.
• Math score in SAT test must be 750/800; Math, Science, or Verbal score in ACT test must be 80%.
• Proficiency in MS Office, presentation skill. Leadership ability and team work.
• Good problem solving plus a can-do attitude.
