Account Director, Digital Marketing

What You Will Do
Establishing & achieving account team annual business objectives, goals, strategies, action plans.
Building and owning a good, long-lasting relationship with clients, the account, planning and creative teams.
Responsibility for producing cost estimates for approval with the client, and managing with the finance team.
Understanding of the client's business and solid knowledge of the competitive market in which the brand operates.
Managing team priorities and diaries to help manage projects and meetings with clients.
Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis
Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
Who You Are
A recognized university degree.
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Minimum of 6 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
At least 1 years of working experience in the position of Account Director/Associate Director, with proven ability to lead a team of 3 - 5 members.
Significant experience in professional client relationship management.
Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.
Experienced in executing and managing IMC projects.
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
