Client Management
Understand client needs, respond promptly, and provide strategic recommendations.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships through trust, transparency, and results.
Address client concerns with tact and professionalism, providing timely and appropriate solutions.
Project Planning & Execution
Collaborate with Planners to develop and execute detailed
digital marketing plans for clients.
Oversee end-to-end campaign implementation across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
Analyze campaign performance reports through quantitative and quanlitative metrics and identify actionable insights to improve outcomes.
Project (Campaign) Management
Coordinate with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure campaigns are on track in terms of timeline, budget, and KPI delivery.
Proactively identify risks, propose solutions, and maintain a positive team spirit.
Maintain clear documentation and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Monitor project budgets to ensure cost-efficiency while maximizing campaign performance.
Reporting
Report directly to the
Account Manager/Account Lead with timely updates on project status and performance.
Yêu cầu
Experience: 3-5+ years in digital marketing or project/account management
referably in having working experience in a marketing agency and having 1+ years in the same position
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.
Languages: English communication is a plus.
Essential Skills for Agency Account Executives:
Strong verbal and written communication for both client-facing and internal coordination.
Effective time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking under tight timelines.
Proficiency in digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok) and understanding of performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, etc.).
Ability to interpret reports and translate data into client-friendly insights.
Skilled in writing proposals, project timelines, and performance reports using PowerPoint, Excel.
Client service mindset - proactive, accountable, and relationship-driven.
Competence in project management tools and budget tracking.
Collaborative approach when working with Creative, Media, and Tech teams.
Calm under pressure and solution-oriented when handling campaign changes, client feedback, or internal misalignments.
