About the role
You will support the account team in daily client coordination and project delivery.
The internship is hands-on. You will see how a branding project runs from brief to delivery, and how a small strategic agency operates behind the scenes.
This role suits someone who is organized, curious, unafraid of details, and interested in branding, design and client work.
Key responsibilities
1. Client coordination
Draft and send routine client communication such as meeting invites, follow-ups, and simple status updates, using approved templates.
Assist in scheduling calls, presentations and feedback sessions.
Help prepare meeting agendas and circulate recaps after key calls.
Join selected lead discovery calls to observe and take notes, and support follow up actions.
2. Project and workflow support
Assist in preparing project briefs, basic timelines, and simple slide decks.
Update tasks, due dates, and statuses in our project management tool (ClickUp).
Follow up internally with team members on upcoming deadlines after checking priorities with your supervisor.
3. Proposal and quotation support
Help prepare and format proposals and capability decks based on guidance from senior team members.
Support in drafting and updating simple quotations or cost breakdowns using existing templates.
Check that scope, deliverables and timeline in proposals match internal notes and client discussions.
4. Reporting and documentation
Compile simple weekly progress summaries for internal use and for clients, based on input from the
Account Manager.
Organize and maintain project folders, including deliverables, approvals and key reference materials.
Help keep a clean record of client feedback, decisions,, and sign-offs.
5. Team collaboration
Attend internal kick-off meetings and client calls, take clear notes, and share them promptly with the team.
Coordinate with Strategy, Creative, and Design teams to ensure smooth handoffs between phases.
Flag issues early when you see missing information, unclear tasks or conflicting priorities.
6. Admin and operations support
Support basic administrative tasks related to invoicing and expense tracking, such as collecting information and updating trackers.
Help maintain our client database and contact lists with accurate information.
Assist with small internal tasks such as printing, room setup for workshops and event preparation when needed.
7. Research and learning
Conduct light desk research on brands, competitors, and market examples to support proposals and presentations.
Capture learnings and good examples from live projects to build internal references for the team.
Requirements
Background and skills
Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design Management, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication in Vietnamese, with basic to good English for emails and presentations.
Highly organized, careful with details, and reliable when working with deadlines.
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and willing to learn project tools such as ClickUp and Figma.
Able to work full-time onsite for 6 months.
Mindset
Eager to learn how agencies really work, not only the "creative" part.
Proactive in asking questions when something is unclear.
Open to feedback and willing to adjust your way of working.
Can work independently on small tasks and as part of a team on larger projects.
Nice to have
Basic familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Illustrator, InDesign or Photoshop.
Previous internship experience in an agency or marketing department.
