Working hours: Monday to Friday
Manage high-value by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, including managers and C-level executives, in top-tier organizations.
Drive growth through strategic upselling by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer partnerships, maximizing value for both clients and the business.
Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract.
Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders...
Negotiating all contracts with the clients and partners.
Prepare monthly reports.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management (agency experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, media databases, and social media platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception to completion.
Key Skills:
Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
Excellent organisational, negotiation, and time-management skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail, with a commitment to continuous improvement. A keen sense of visual art to guide, critique, and provide constructive feedback to creative teams.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and within tight deadlines.
