Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Account Manager (B2B, English & Chinese Speaking, 3000 USD, ID20026):
Develop and expand business with assigned key accounts while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Achieve assigned sales targets and provide timely updates on sales performance, including gathering and analyzing competitor insights.
Handle customer inquiries in line with their requirements, working closely with internal support teams to ensure prompt and effective responses.
Collaborate with supply chain, quality, and production teams to guarantee timely product availability for customers.
Assist in new product launch initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to support successful product commercialization.
Stay up to date with market dynamics, including competitor activities, customer behavior, and industry trends.
Serve as the main point of contact between internal teams and external customers to address and resolve business-related issues.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships that create added value for customers.
Oversee sales-related activities such as product promotions and handling customer complaints.
Take a proactive role in coordinating with operations teams to respond quickly and effectively to customer demands.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Requirement
Male/Female, 30 - 45 years old
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/Account manager experience, preference given to candidates with experience in packaging and printing
Proficient in SAP or ERP software
Fluent in English and Chinese
