Sales Strategy & Execution:
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and engaging with potential clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and strategic direction.
Client Relationship Management:
Working and coordinating with sales support teams, to develop value proposition and quote based on understanding customer's needs, for any of new projects, retrofits and enhancements
Manage and grow customer relationships by delivering attentive, relationship-based support
Research and understand the company's IT products/solutions, and provide solutions tailored to each customer's needs.
Account Management:
Skillfully negotiate tender terms, conditions, and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
Manage a portfolio of Eastplayers clients, ensuring continuous growth and retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Engage with engineering team to help develop solutions patterns based on customer engagements as well as personal experience that will guide platform adoption
Participate in internal projects and initiatives and serve as a subject matter expert and mentor for specific technical or process areas
Technical Support: Provide pre-
sales technical assistance, including product demonstrations and technical presentations. Additionally, offer post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Age between 25 and 30 years old.
Have 1- 3 years of experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the IT industry.
Strong technical mindset or proficiency in using new technology tools and AI applications for work.
Familiarity with business models such as SaaS and Software Development.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Result-oriented with a strong focus on achieving objectives.
Have previous experience leading projects.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Chinese and ability to communicate in English
