Main role:
This role is responsible for planning, managing, and implementing all sales activities to meet the company sales targets and objectives within the assigned sales channel by developing and expanding the business.
We're looking for a highly-skilled candidate to join our Notebook team (MSI Laptop)
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and enlarge business for assigned accounts
- Review and co-work with key accounts regularly to reach sales target
- Co-work with distributors and monitor sell-through & sell-out of every account
- Maintain current dealers and develop new dealers
- Implement and develop sales plans, activities, campaigns with distributors and dealers
- Build a strong relationships with distributors and dealers.
- Perform client meetings. Negotiate sales with existing and potential customers and actively liaise with customers
- Co-work with marketing team/vendors and assist for channel marketing to generate healthy sales number
- Offer a weekly report on time.
2. Develop new customers
- Take aggressive action on developing more new customers/ projects
- Acquire and develop new customers and channel partners
3. Market survey
- Collect market information and report to managers regularly
- Update, analyze, and evaluate competitors' actions (product & price strategy, promotion plan, campaign, system, inventory status etc.)
4. Manage the promoter (PB/PG) at shop
- Deliver product training/ sales training for promoters
- Plan and manage promoter's sales forecasts, targets
- Monitor, push and support promoters to meet the agreed targets
- Manage promoter report
