Overview:
Our agency, a leader in e-commerce enablement, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Account Manager will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving successful outcomes across e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact and manage individual client portfolios.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet clients' needs and objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to align campaign strategies with client goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and ensure strategies are adjusted to maximize client satisfaction and performance.
• Reporting: Provide comprehensive updates and insightful reports to clients on their campaign performance, including metrics and analytics that demonstrate return on investment (ROI).
• Problem Resolution: Proactively address client issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to develop effective solutions.
• Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue growth within existing client accounts through upselling and cross-selling of additional services.
• Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to advise clients and adjust strategies accordingly.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience: At least 1 years of experience in account management, preferably in an e-commerce or digital marketing setting.
• Skills:
o Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts at a strategic level, with a focus on client satisfaction.
o Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok) and digital marketing strategies.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
o Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
o English Speaking Skill
