Job description:
1. Client Service:
Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their requirements and to gain insights on the needs of clients, market practices and brand awareness
2. Concept Proposal/Quotation:
Take a brief from the client
Brainstorm ideas for proposals
Coordinate to project team to get all materials for writing the proposal
Prepare materials and equipment for the client pitch
Making a quotation
Participate in writing proposals and conducting presentations
3. Project Follow-up:
Liaise between the client and all third parties involved, ensuring a timely completion of projects
Work closely with the project team to ensure the client's satisfaction
Take responsibility for the overall project management and proactively advise clients on the best solutions for a successful project
Prepare master timeline, checklist. Write MC scripts, program agenda, execution plan...
Make a task list and allocate the resource to execute the campaign
Propose/Choose a suitable supplier for the project. Be creative to drive the cost down in a difficult situation without sacrificing the quality of the work.
Represent the company at the event onsite to take care of clients as well as ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner
Guiding the team to develop storyboards of performances, video clips, and visuals following the show content
Working with suppliers of production, LED screens, AV system, stage effects, choreographers, Visual designers, Audio producers,... to develop the event concept and bring it to the real show on stage
Do a report to client after the projects
Do paperwork such as contracts, payment advances, and liquidation, etc.
4. Others:
Report to Account Manager/ Account Director every week
Research and study new trends or innovative case studies in the event industry that have been done locally or globally
Keep the Management Team updated with competitors' activities or industry trends
Other tasks assigned by Account Manager/ Account Director
Requirements:
BA degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
At least 2 years' experience in a similar position in an agency
Experience in organizing marathon events is a plus
A positive and strong leader
Excellent troubleshooting and solution-finding skills in terms of staff and projects
Good organizational and time management skills
Good understanding of customers and market dynamic requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients at a high level
Ability to work under pressure. Willing to work overtime/during weekends for job results and quality
Passionate, collaborative, outgoing, proactive, and creative
Proficient in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese, particularly in relation to proposals and presentations
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express) and Internet tools
