Mô tả công việc

1. Client Management
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (FMCG / Retail).
Understand client business objectives, campaign goals, and KPIs.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent service.
Conduct monthly/quarterly performance reviews and propose improvement plans.
2. Project Management & Operations
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure OTIF (On Time - In Full) execution.
Work closely with the Field Operation Team to track coverage, quality, and productivity.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Procurement, Finance, and HR for smooth project delivery.
Ensure 100% liquidation reports and documentation are submitted accurately and on time.
3. Financial & Cost Control
Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability.
Ensure budget variance ≤ ±3% and achieve assigned GP% targets.
Track billing, collection, and ensure timely client payments (DSO ≤ 45 days).
4. Reporting & Data Analysis
Review field data, analyze performance, and share insights with clients.
Support clients with actionable reports on coverage, compliance, visibility, and sales trends.
Collaborate with the Tech/Data team to optimize dashboard use and reporting accuracy.
5. Team Leadership & Collaboration
Supervise Account Executives and coordinate with Field Supervisors.
Develop teamwork, discipline, and client-focused mindset.
Support training, coaching, and career growth within the account team.

Yêu cầu

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Field Marketing, or Sales Operations.
Experience in FMCG or agency environments is highly preferred.
Strong financial understanding (budgeting, costing, P&L).
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
Data interpretation and reporting proficiency (Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets).
English: professional working proficiency.
Qualities:
