Mô tả công việc
As the Account Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will contribute to the growth of the account to lead the local account strategies which includes growing the business from the existing customers and expanding the business through newly acquired customers. You will report directly to the Country Manager - Vietnam (Fragrances).
Your role will include:
- Responsible for account management and business development for our local and regional accounts.
- Provide outstanding service to the client on commercial and rally for differentiated support from the larger organization.
- Understand the total business which our customers are operating (industry, competitors, supply chain and distribution, organization structure and client's various departments' role and needs, stakeholders, way of working).
- Understand our clients' brand strategies, positioning, strengths and weaknesses.
- Leverage our resources and capabilities to create most relevant commercial opportunities with our customers.
- Identify out client's value chain and create value map strategies
Yêu cầu
- At least 3 years of sales experience including strategic account development in the fragrance industry
- Degree level education in business or a related technical field
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated experience in project management including presentation, analytical and negotiation skills
