Mô tả công việc
This role is expected to ensure the success of incubation of bus operators on the Vexere platform. Incubation is one of the most important stages of the Seller Journey Playbook towards sustainable growth. On Vexere, Sellers are bus operators.
Educate sellers on Vexere features throughout the process of grooming and preparing new sellers to be future key accounts
Implement campaigns for new/current sellers, analyze and report their performance
Preparing joint business plan and driving weekly/monthly/quarterly performance reviews against targets
Managing price competitiveness, assortment, and stock availability
Working with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues impacting seller performance on all platforms (operations, incident, marketing, etc.)
Conducting regular analysis on sales, traffic, conversion, and customer funnel. Deriving and sharing insight to guide promotional and marketing input
Responsible for ensuring the success of sellers by growing their revenue and ensure smooth operation
Responsible for improving the quality score of sellers through advising sellers to change quality service, image, information, ...
Negotiate deals with sellers and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues

Đồng thời, VeXeRe.com còn cung cấp những đánh giá của các hành khách đã đi những hãng xe này. Hành khách có thể dễ dàng lựa chọn trước chỗ ngồi yêu thích, thanh toán vé trực tuyến, tiền mặt tại các cửa hàng tiện lợi trên cả nước.
Phần mềm quản lý hãng xe VeXeRe (BMS ) đang được hơn 500 hãng xe cả nước tin dùng, phần mềm hỗ trợ các nhà xe thay đổi hình thức quản lý thủ công để quản lý hiệu quả và tối ưu hóa doanh thu, giảm thiểu chi phí. Đây là là cuộc cách mạng trọng việc công nghệ hóa ngành xe khách.
Phần mềm hỗ trợ đại lý bán vé AMS với hơn 5000 đại lý sử dụng, tăng doanh thu bán vé của đại lý và giúp đại lý hỗ trợ chăm sóc khách tốt hơn.
