Our highly respected client seeking for a highly competent executive with 4-8 years of commercial experiences for the role of Account Manager. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh, Viet Nam.
Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for selling and marketing company products to assigned customer accounts within the Pharmaceuticals and/or Consumer Healthcare industries.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the selling of company products and services within assigned accounts or territory to achieve assigned revenue goal
• Participates in sales tenders and responsible for the development & and delivery of proposals to client
• Identifies contract expansion opportunities within assigned account(s) and elevates for qualification and decision to pursue
• Interfaces with marketing, market research and/or IT at the user level in existing and prospective client(s)
• Monitors client satisfaction with contracted deliverables and provides feedback to Account team members on level of customer satisfaction
• Effectively manage renewals and subscriptions; where required, may participate in contract renewal efforts on large multi-year contracts
Yêu cầu
• At least 4-8 years of commercial experiences (sales, account management, business development, business analyst, client services/management, etc)
• Good English (especially in writing and speaking)
• Strong customer account management and servicing skills
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good/proven account development & planning/presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical/consumer healthcare marketplace & industry business challenges/opportunities will be advantageous
• Experience working with company information solutions/services portfolio will be advantageous
