Position Overview
We're looking for a proactive, high-ownership Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional client experience.
You will be the main point of contact for U.S. business owners, responsible not just for support-but for retention, growth, and long-term relationships.
This is not a passive support role. We expect someone who moves fast, follows through, and thinks ahead.
What You'll Own
1. Account Management & Growth
• Manage and build relationships with assigned client accounts (60-80 accounts)
• Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
• Spot risks early (low activity, complaints, churn signals) and take action
2. Client Support (Fast & Reliable)
• Handle client inquiries via phone, SMS, email, and chat
• Resolve issues quickly by coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Ops, Tech, Marketing)
• Keep clients informed-no silence, no delays
3. Account Health & Performance
• Monitor processing activity, batching, and overall account health
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Track retention, upsell opportunities, and client feedback
4. Grow the portfolio
• Identify sales opportunities and referrals
Yêu cầu
• 3+ years in Account Management / Customer Success / Client Support
• Intermediate English (comfortable working with U.S. clients)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently
• Good Excel and administrative skills
Compensation: 12M - 15M VND/month + Performance Bonus

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 2:00 AM (Vietnam Time, Mon-Thu | Only 4 days/week | 5 hours/ day)
Location: 100% Remote (Preferred: HCMC or Da Nang)
