Maintain and develop relationships with existing partners, including travel agencies, experience providers, and tour operators.
Seek out and sign contracts with new partners providing tour and experience services, including local and international travel agencies.
Analyze data related to tour bookings, cancellation rates, customer feedback, and propose measures to improve performance for partners.
Negotiate terms of cooperation with partners, including commission fees, contract terms, and additional support services.
Work closely with Marketing and Product departments to promote tour service campaigns.
Support partners in handling incidents related to tour schedules, customer service, or customer feedback.
Prepare periodic reports on tour partner business performance, thereby proposing measures to improve.

Yêu cầu

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, partnership, or business development in the travel or tour industry.
Skills: Good communication, flexible negotiation skills, ability to analyze revenue data and customer feedback.
Education: University degree in Tourism Management, Business Administration or related field.
Language: Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Technology: Understanding of OTA data management tools, tour booking systems, and software that supports optimizing user experience.
