KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with the
Business Development Manager to develop sales strategies and manage over-execution to ensure delivery of customer objectives, brand strategy and channel strategy.
• Drive the annual growth of sales revenue and profitability.
• Search and identify new business opportunities and collaboration according to each territory's business strategy.
• Negotiate the Distribution contract conditions, locations, buying plan, etc with partners.
• Advise seasonal campaigns to partners and new product launches.
• Provide an update on the happenings in the marketplace by category.
• Coordinate with internal departments to improve services and meet customer requirements.
• Other tasks under the assignment of BD Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales/
Business Development.
• Experience related to Wholesale/ Retail in the field of Fashion/ Sport is a plus.
• Good communication skills both written and oral in English.
• Strong at brand management, consumer understanding and creativity.
• The ability to be proactive and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is an advantage.
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
