About the Role
Working closely with management across four different countries, the local Account Manager is pivotal to ensuring we provide our Australian, US and UK clients a seamless and trusted experience.

You will be known as people person, someone that is reliable and trusted for following through on their word. Providing exceptional customer service is in your DNA and you champion the brands you represent. Detailed and personable, you enjoy the challenge and are excited about fast growing businesses.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on account management matters.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and employees.
* Developing a technical understanding of our clients' tech stack/product offering and roles.
* Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
* Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal team and clients.
* Identify areas of improvement for client teams.
* Forecast and track key account metrics.
* Prepare monthly reports on account status on a timely basis.
* Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within country.
* Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Experience & Qualifications
* Min 3+ years past work experience as a Technical Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Technical Sales Account Manager, Technical Customer Service or equivalent.
* BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
* Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering would be an advantage.
Skills
* Strong English, both verbal and written communication.
* CRM software HubSpot highly advantageous.
* MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel).
* A strong personal interest in 'all things Tech'.
* In-depth knowledge of local tech industry.
* Ability to 'talk tech' with stakeholders about the local and global markets and challenges/opportunities.
* Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
* Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
* Confident and ability to present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
