This position is responsible for account management of overall USD14million direct sales in Hanoi, Vietnam for the electronics Data Storage and Communication markets. This position will require strong sales and cross-functional engagement skills as this individual must be fully integrated into field sales, product management, customer care, customer supply chain and industry marketing teams.
Responsibilities
• Primary interface between the customer and TE Connectivity internal functions. Able to assess critically qualified business opportunities, prospecting and develop
account planning activities.
• Identify strategic application areas and execute growth strategy for fragmented customer base by leveraging on distribution channel strength.
• Develop strong project pipelines for existing and new customers

Requirements
• Industry knowledge and business acumen on commercial sales is a must
• Good English oral, written and presentation skills demonstrated by the ability to communicate across all levels within and outside of the organization
• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) preferable
• Minimum 5 years experiences account management and/or sales & marketing in Multinational Companies.
• Strength in assessment of qualified business opportunities, prospecting and account planning initiatives
• Strong practical and analytical skills in CRM ([protected info]) and excel are expected to identify and manage, activities, opportunities and performance
• Exposure to large company processes and KPI expectations in a plus (Representative KPIs may include YoY Orders and Revenue Growth (direct customers and distributor channels) and develop project pipeline
• Distribution sales experience is a plus
