Account Manager

Summary
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. Core priority is addressing client needs and concerns quickly and effectively to develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
1. Customer Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for all matters relating to client needs and concerns.
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve sustainable, long-term partnerships.
Maintain accurate client records, ensuring all contract updates and renewals are tracked.
Monitor accounts proactively to ensure clients receive services that meet their needs while remaining within budget.
2. Project Management
Lead the bidding process in collaboration with Account, Operations, and Admin teams.
Develop creative ideas and execution strategies based on deep client insights and industry expertise.
Oversee project execution, including real-time problem-solving, directing setup, communicating with operations staff, and managing vendors and costs.
Evaluate project success and submit comprehensive post-project reports.
3. Leadership
Assign and manage staff workloads to ensure all project timelines are met.
Guarantee project quality aligns with client expectations and standards.
Provide mentorship and training to staff members to support their ongoing career development.
