Role Overview
Brancher.X is looking for a strong Account Manager to take full ownership of client relationships and lead accounts independently.
This role requires someone who can act as a trusted partner to clients, proactively drive communication, solve problems, and ensure overall account performance and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Leadership & Ownership
Act as the primary lead for client accounts, owning the relationship end-to-end.
Build strong trust with clients through proactive communication and strategic thinking.
Understand client objectives and provide relevant recommendations.
Handle client expectations, challenges, and escalations with confidence.
Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand scope of work.
2. Account Management
Own project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.
Translate client needs into clear direction for internal teams.
Ensure all deliverables are on-brief, on-time, and meet high standards.
3. Internal Leadership & Coordination
Lead cross-functional teams (Creative, Content, Media, Production...).
Ensure smooth collaboration and strong alignment across teams.
Proactively identify risks and drive solutions.
4. Problem Solving & Strategic Thinking
Anticipate client needs and propose solutions proactively.
Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness and overall account performance.
5. Team Support
Guide and mentor
Account Executives.
Ensure quality and consistency in team output.
Requirements
4-6 years of experience in Account Management / Client Servicing in agency environment.
Proven ability to lead client relationships independently.
Experience leading IMC and/or Social campaigns is a strong advantage.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
High sense of ownership and accountability.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
