Account Producer Trainee

What You'll Do:
As an account producer, you'll be in a support role, learning from the best in the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Client & Project Coordination:
Assist our account team with day-to-day client communications and project updates.
Learn to translate client needs into clear, actionable briefs for our internal teams.
Help coordinate project timelines to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Support the team by preparing meeting notes, status reports, and presentations.
Production Support:
Work alongside producers and creatives to help bring campaigns and content to life.
Assist with managing production schedules, coordinating with vendors, and handling logistics.
Help review final work to ensure it meets client expectations and Ogilvy's high standards.
Be a part of the creative problem-solving that keeps projects on track and delivers amazing results.
What We're Looking For:
A final-year student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Film/Media Production, Business, or a related field.
Must have 3-6 months of internship or work experience at an advertising agency or production house.
A genuine passion for both client service and the hands-on process of creative production.
A natural talent for organization with a proactive, can-do attitude.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
A curious, collaborative spirit, ready to jump in and learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
