Omega Media worldwide JSC is the leading performance marketing agency in asia. Our company is expanding therefore we need to recruit Account/Sales manager in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh.
Quantity : 03
- Searching for new clients as well as taking care existing clients of company by many means
- Approaching, taking care and persuade clients to close contracts
- Team work with media/ operational team to make proposal/media plan to present to client .
- Taking main responsibilities to monitor/ manage campaign with internal team & communicate with client to reach campaign's KPI
- Make campaign report & analysis to client weekly & at the end of campaigns
- Build & Remain relationship with clients
- Taking revenue & profit KPI for personel & team
- Train/ guide/ lead executives team to reach their target
- Following leader/BOD team KPI
- Report directly to Branch director or Head of sales
Yêu cầu
Requirements
- Have at least 2 year experiences in online marketing field at same level
- Have digital marketing knowledge as well as understanding market
- Graduated from economic, communication, marketing faculty of FTU, NEU, RMIT or Van Lang University
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Be an independent worker and a team player
- Willing to work in pressurized environment, being honest
- Good at using Microsoft Office
- Influence in English
- Be willing to learn and challenge yourself
- Positive thinking & Self motivated
- Open minded & leadership skill required
