Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Account Supervisor to manage client relationships, oversee project execution, and drive campaign success. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent, clear, and client-centric communication.
Maintain and nurture strong client relationships to drive long-term business success.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively deliver a high workload within set deadlines.
Serve as the daily client contact and take the lead in client management when necessary.
Project Management
Participate in pitching with leadership, analyze client briefs, and translate them into clear, actionable directions for internal teams.
Develop project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely task delivery.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and recommend adjustments for optimization.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive campaign reports to clients, providing insights on progress and success.
Prepare project cost estimates with guidance from leadership and handle necessary paperwork for project execution.
Requirements
3-4 years of experience in account management, marketing communications, or a related field. Industry experience preferred.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across various channels.
Prior experience in Creative, Digital, and Media is highly preferred.
Strong critical thinking skills with a solution-driven and detail-oriented approach.
Proactive mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to clients and internal teams.
Collaborative and growth-oriented mindset, with a strong willingness to learn and improve.
Transparent and responsible in communication, ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective collaboration across teams, leadership, and clients.
