Account Trainee - Working In HCMC

- Data entry
- Post Journal entry: accrual, provision, allocate expenses, reclassify expenses
- Check & verify the invoices, book expenses of Overheads
- Handle the prepayment; allocation & reconciliation prepayment accounts
- Manage the fixed assets register, fixed assets transactions & reports
- Understand and create the vendor/ customer/material/ Cost center template (master data templates)
- Support in processing the payment both for oversea and local
- Support in issuing the invoices to the customers, follow up the account receivable, reconcile customers statement
- Handle the overheads report, analysis the variance in many horizons
- To be in charge of debit note to Intercompany and reconcile Intercompany transactions
- Assist with month-end activities and financial reports
- Support with accounts receivable, payable and bank statement reconciliation
- Assist with internal & external audits
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Other ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.
