Mô tả công việc
• This role lead and oversee the Vietnam Accounting Department and report to Singapore on all financial and accounting functions.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of monthly financial reports and perform analysis required for Singapore & local management.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory requirement and datelines.
• Assist in financial audits including review of audit report and audit schedules.
• Prepare & compute corporate tax and advise on all tax compliance matters.
• Support Singapore and liaise with local authority for Transfer Pricing and Customs audit requirements.
• Supervise, guide and develop the local Vietnam team in all work functions and lead the team in project implementations when required.
• Monitoring internal control policies, guidelines and procedures to comply with Company regulations.
• Review and recommend changes to work processes when necessary for continuous improvements.
• Ad hoc and other duties as assigned from time to time.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting.
• Chief Accountant Certificate is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam FRS, Tax regulation and IFRS.
• Fluent in English is essential.
• Minimum 10 years experience in a related position with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Prior working experience in manufacturing industry is preferred.
• Good communication, leadership & supervisory skills.
• Ability to work with people at different levels of the organization.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
