Accountant - Costing cum taxes

Main jobs of this position:
- Manage inventory cost, reconcile inventory accounts as well as perform physical inventories count.
- Calculation landed cost for all import items (CKD, CPO, IPO...) and assist AM on study of Feasibility Project cost.
Prepare and manage the taxes declaration
Monitor invoices of CKD/CPO/KD parts/Spare Parts, customs duties, customs clearance fees, Forwarder and Transporter charges and insurance.
Monitor & review coding to departments for production expenses and stocks issues
Monitor Work in Progress & CBU stocks from Daily & Monthly Production Reports and reconcile to Warehouse Stocks
Participate in Stock-taking, investigate stock variances, briefing of staff on stock-take procedures.
Review and monitor monthly inventory movement for all local stocks and reconciliation to General Ledger.
Inventory prepare & submit claims for any Claims Parts
Review Warehouse stocks & pallet summary reports and Monthly Production Report.
Review stocks receipt and issues in Bravo against Warehouse, LMS, Spare Parts records
Manage revenue, cost and issuance invoice for spare parts/accessories sales and TCIEV Car care Center.
Prepare taxes return including VAT, FCT and SCT
Reconciliation all kind of taxes with the taxes accounts in General Ledger.
Manage taxes dossier and deal with the tax officer if require
Participating in any accounting related computerization program.
Assist in annual external audits, internal audit and tax audits
To discharge duties assigned by the Superiors from time to time.
