- Control all HR and Admin in Ho Chi Minh related work:
+ Recruitment
+ Human resource development
+ Prepare procedure to make visa, work permit and temporary resident card for foreigners
+ Compensation and benefit (make procedures for branch relating to social, health & unemployment insurance)
+ Update employee information database, leave database
+ Office admin management

- Manage cash and bank (payment and receive)
- Prepare salary sheet, insurance for staffs, office expense document then send to Manager
- Input data to accounting software
- Update accounting transaction in system; handle cash & bank payment; send report to the Director and Manager upon request
Yêu cầu
- At least 2 years' experience at the relevant job.
- English proficiency is required
- Time to work : Monday to Saturday Morning (8.30AM to 5.30PM)
