Mô tả công việc
Accounting tasks:
- Issue invoices for customers
- Keep track of input and output invoices
- Enter data of arising transactions into the accounting & internal forwarding system
- Keep track of account receivable, account payable, expenses...
- Follow bank books
- Make payment plans to shipping lines/vendors and timely process the payments (if required) (both VND and foreign currency)
- Follow AR, AP with customers and vendors
- Prepare internal reports: AR, AP report, Bank, Overdue AR report...
- Sales support: support to complete the contracts and other documents related to accounting
- Other tasks as assigned by chief accountant
Admin tasks:
- Organize and schedule meetings/events
- Arrange travel, booking rooms and accommodation
- Manage office equipment and facilities
- Manage and purchase stationery
- Apply for work permit, visa... for employees if any
- Store the documents
- Recruitment support: publishing jobs, arranging interviews, preparing procedures before joining
- Other tasks as assigned by manager

Yêu cầu công việc
Job Requirement
- Minimum one year of experience in Accounting field
- Proficiency in the accounting software.
- Good command in English , both oral and written.
- Good Mandarin skill will be considered with priority
- Good communication skills and team work spirit.
- Good understanding of operational processes.
- Well-organized when working under pressure
- Positive and proactive attitude.
