We provide barcode printers, labels, RFID solutions, software integration, and maintenance services to customers across various industries including manufacturing, logistics, retail, healthcare, and electronics.
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to join our Finance & Accounting Department in Ho Chi Minh City. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations while contributing to the efficient management of financial activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Record purchase invoices, service invoices, and general expense transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare supplier payments and process banking transactions.
• Record and reconcile bank transactions and account balances.
• Support the preparation of VAT declarations, accounting reports, and audit documentation.
• Monitor and follow up on staff advances, reimbursements, and business trip expenses.
• Track import tax payments and customs-related expenses.
• Prepare cash receipt and payment vouchers and reconcile petty cash balances.
• Maintain accounting documents, contracts, and filing systems in an organized manner.
• Support invoicing activities and inventory stock counts when required.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounting, Accounts Payable (AP), or General Accounting.
• Basic understanding of VAT regulations, tax compliance, and accounting principles.
• Good command of Business English is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication, teamwork, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
