Mô tả công việc
+ Work location: 685 Lac Long Quan, Lotte Mall Westlake Tay Ho, Hanoi
+ Working time: 5 days/week, work in rotation shifts (morning shift (8:30 - 17:30); Afternoon shift (14:00 - 22:00)

Sales Accounting
- Daily check revenue figures and update the system
- Regularly check to ensure company regulations and procedures are enforced
- Ensure tenant payment and deposit are paid in full as per the timeline
- Be responsible for documents related to changes in the tenancy agreement, such as notification, termination, liquidation...
- Deliver periodical reports as per accounting regulations and requirements from the Manager
- Issuing invoices for tenants (rental fee)
- Following bad debt
- Other tasks as assigned
Cash Management
• Daily: check cash sales, lotte vouchers, brand vouchers (YSL, Kiehl's) from the previous day's revenue from TOS tenants, compared to the IRIS system
• Fix errors related to the operation of tenants on Lotte POS and coordinate with Leasing to fix the cash sale (if any)
• Deposit cash to the bank, exchange cash with the bank when necessary, book K3 Receive Payment on SAP
• Make daily, monthly reports
• Arrange work shifts and assign POS positions to each cashier
• Checking daily attendance of Cashiers. Making sure uniforms are based on regulations before work shift (hair, name tag, shoes, etc.)
• Check the POS monthly report
• Manage vouchers and other work
Yêu cầu
- University degree, major in Finance & Accounting.
- 1 - 3 years working experience in accounting and finance. (Experience in the position with the retail industry (Shopping Mall, Supermarket, Mart, retail, building, and hotel).
- Good communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
