Mô tả công việc
• ERP System Management: Oversee the management of the company's ERP system, ensuring accurate data entry, reporting, and integration with other business functions.
• Cost Management: Monitor and analyse manufacturing costs, margins, and inventory valuation to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and international financial regulations, including tax filings and audits.
• Internal Controls: Develop, implement, and maintain adequate internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Yêu cầu
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Regulatory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and GAAP. Experience with international financial regulations is a plus.
