Accounts Payable and Receivable
Perform financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and policies.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Process vendor invoices, ensure accuracy, and manage payment schedules.
Monitor accounts receivable balances, follow up on outstanding payments, and maintain customer records.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
Manufacturing Cost Accounting
Assist in tracking and recording production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead, ensuring accurate data entry.
Control inventory by conducting monthly inventory counts and reconciling physical stock counts with system records and addressing discrepancies
Work closely with supply chain and warehouse to monitor inventory levels, helping to ensure adequate supply for production while avoiding overstock.
Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to gather and validate data related to inventory and production costs.
Generate basic cost and inventory reports to support management in operational and financial planning.
General Accounting and Reporting
Record daily transactions, including journal entries and ledger maintenance.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Support month-end and year-end closing processes, focusing on cost analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements:
Education/ Training Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Tax or related field (required)
Knowledge of:
ERP experience (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.

Fluent in English written and verbal skills is a plus.
Working hours: as per business needs. Typically, 8am-5pm Mon-Friday and 2 Sats per month.
Other special requirements (if any): Available for weekly working at factory (Phu My 2 - BRVT province).
