Accountant (Working in Hung Yen)

1) Verify all documents being submitted to FIN Dept to ensure proper, accurate and compliant with internal policies, governmental regulations, and VAS;
2) Timely input transactions into accounting system and reconcile with partners according: AP, AR, Bank, GJ;
3) Prepare TT forms & proceed payment;
4) Monitor sharing Interco & rebilling expenses and accrual expenses;
5) Oversee SGA expenses & optimization of non-deductible expenses and manage AP to ensure timely payment;
6) Take charge of preparing VAT reports upon proper invoices filling;
7) Issue VAT invoices upon receiving sufficient/proper documents from CS/Sales Admin;
8) Assist in preparing FS report & audit report;
9) Comply with inspection requests from Tax & Custom authorities;
10) Other jobs assigned by Supervisor.
