Mô tả công việc
- Validate invoices on S1 system;
- Invoice validation for payments;
- Coordinate and perform checking for tooling settlement;
- Monitor fixed assets, contract handlings;
- Support team members when needed (i.e. checking T&E );
- T&E entries and payments;
- Filings and other ad-hoc might be required from time to time by line manager.
Yêu cầu
- University graduated, major in accounting;
- Minimum 2 years experience;
- Honest, careful, hardworking is a must;
- Proficient in excel;
- Experience in using accounting software (SAP is a plus);
- Good oral and written communication skills (English and Vietnamese);
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
