Mô tả công việc

1. Receivables and Payable account

Tracking sales data and issuing output invoice/sending invoices (FAST)
Monitor accounts receivables
Contact delinquent accounts via email and telephone and persuade them to settle their overdue invoices
Communicate with Account Managers from our Sales Team with regards to the accounts they manage, if these accounts are delinquent

2. Inventory account

Tracking out/in inventory file, inputting in FAST
Exporting inventories: collect signed papers
Counting and reconciling inventory quarterly

3. Data analyst internally

P&L report for each customer
Reporting expenses of all projects
Other mission request by chief accountant

4. Sales adm mission (from June to Dec 2023)

Receive orders, make delivery notes
Input sales data to software (Odoo)
Follow up customers and call customers to re-order
Manage sales and customer data to ensure satisfaction and good customer relationship
Acting as a bridge between customers and O-We company on customer feedback
Tracking timesheet for sales team

Yêu cầu

Fresher graduate / 1 to 2 years experience as an Accountant
Age from 22 - 30
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Good knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards
Good cost accounting and inventory control experience within a manufacturing environment.
Communication skills in order to communicate efficiently with the team
Able to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Foreign Language: Solid English language skill
Computing: Proficient in Microsoft Office package
Prudence, honesty and responsibility at work
Academic transcript (notarized) is submitted on interview time

Quyền lợi

● Location: F1/2T and F1/2T1 Vinh Loc Street, Hamlet 6C, Vinh Loc A Commune, Binh Chanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

● Duration: Probation of 2 months then long-term contract.

● Start date: As soon as possible

● Remuneration: according to experience, Insurance pay on total salary, 13th salary
