At CodeBlue, we are looking for a highly detail-oriented Accounting and Finance Specialist who brings forensic precision to our daily financial operations within a global tech environment.
👉 The Core of This Role:
In this position, you will take ownership of critical accounting workflows:
Core Accounting Operations: Driving full-cycle AP/AR, managing employee expenses, and maintaining strict ledger accuracy across QuickBooks Online and MISA (for our Vietnam entity).
Reconciliation & Control: Auditing service invoices, reconciling quote-to-invoice variances, and managing vendor payments with zero discrepancies.
Reporting & Compliance: Assisting with month-end close procedures, ensuring VAS compliance, and generating accurate financial reports for the management team.
Workflow Optimization: Utilizing tools like Excel, [protected info], and Autotask to streamline invoice processing and equipment rental tracking.
