Mô tả công việc
• Daily accounting tasks, including invoice handling and expense management.
• Process and organize sales-related documents, such as purchase orders and delivery slips.
• Input accurate data into the company's systems and maintain records.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, managing client inquiries, and coordinating schedules.
• Communicate with clients, accounting firms, banks, and other related parties to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the sales team in tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting and sales teams to ensure efficient workflows and adherence to deadlines.
• Handle general administrative duties as needed.
Yêu cầu
Required:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with data entry software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in similar position (about 3 years).
• English skills.
Preferred:
• Previous experience in accounting or sales support roles.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
