Mô tả công việc

We are looking to hire an Executive Accounting that will be an integral part of our growing team. Candidates for Accountant positions generally need at least 2-3 years of similar position experience (experience in E-commerce company, Trading company and SAP is preferred)
Responsibilities
- Processing payments through verification of entries and other supporting documents to balances
- Recording and monitoring deposit received from shipper and seller
- Review data and requisitions for satisfactory payment approval to seller
- Recording and monitoring payables due to guarantee duties
- Performing bank reconciliation
- Handling installment payments
- Type periodic reports and other records
- Preparing an analysis of accounts and other monthly reports
- Continuing to improve the payment process

Yêu cầu

- At least 2-3 years of experience from a similar position - Executive Accountant with SAP experience
- Audit Big 4 experience is preferred
- Working knowledge of e-commerce company and trading company
- Strong technical accounting background, Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, IFRS knowledge and CPA are a plus
- Experience working in financial systems software, including the general ledger and subledgers
- Strong at Excel - SQL and Power BI experience a plus
- Strong aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as on a team, with strong verbal and written and communication skills
- Ability to multi‐task in a fast‐paced, professional environment
