Mô tả công việc
Payment
● Register and control bank payment, Account Receivable and Account Payable.
● Check and reconcile payment transactions, invoices, and other expenses.
Documents
● Track, verify and filing accounting documents.
● Collaborate with other departments to assist with documentation, invoices, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and legality of the content.
● Issue VAT invoice
Bookkeeping
● Manage accounting books,
● Accurately and completely inputting expense transactions into the accounting software
● Report to the Chief Accountant regarding financial performance, cash flow, and other accounting-related matters.
Report
● Prepare reports as requested by supervisors and perform other accounting tasks as assigned.
● Support to prepare financial statements, consolidated report and periodic tax reports.
Yêu cầu
Must-have
● Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
● At least 2 years of experiences with good knowledge of accounting regulation as well as labor laws and relevant legal regulations
● Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
● Advanced Excel skills. Experience with popular accounting software in Vietnam (e.g., MISA, Fast Accounting, Bravo, ERP etc.).
● Detail-oriented, hardworking, honest and high responsible to assigned taskes.
● Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
● Quick adapt and willing to work and challenge in start-up from building own corporate system.
Nice to have
● Experience working in Japanese companies/ E-Commerce and Trading Company/ start-up
